Necati Dogrul ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Chromatic mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

Information You Do Not Provide

We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address to use the App.

Automatically Collected Information

When you use the App, certain information may be collected automatically by third-party services integrated into the App:

  • Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and general diagnostic data.
  • Usage Data: App interaction data such as session duration, feature usage, and crash reports.
  • Advertising Data: With your consent, an advertising identifier (IDFA) may be collected to serve personalized ads.

Locally Stored Data

The App stores game progress, scores, preferences, and in-app currency balances locally on your device using standard device storage. This data is not transmitted to our servers.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

AdMob by Google

We use AdMob to display advertisements, including banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded video ads. AdMob may collect device information, advertising identifiers, and usage data to serve relevant ads.

RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat may process transaction data provided by Apple.

Apple In-App Purchases

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. All payment processing is handled by Apple.

Advertising and Tracking

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. Before collecting your advertising identifier (IDFA), we request your consent through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.

You can change your tracking preference at any time through your device settings:

Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking

If you opt out of tracking, you will still see ads, but they may be less relevant to you.

In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases including virtual currency (gems) and a premium upgrade. All transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your financial information.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Data Retention

Since we do not collect personal information directly, there is no personal data retained on our servers. Locally stored game data remains on your device until you delete the App or clear the App's data.

Third-party services may retain data according to their own privacy policies.

Data Security

We value your trust and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting your information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Opt out of ad tracking through your device settings.
  • Delete local data by deleting the App from your device.
  • Request information about what data third-party services may have collected by contacting those services directly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
